Over the weekend, Feel Connect (owned by Kiiroo) made a change to their app that directly affects how tips work with interactive devices. Now, when a customer tips a model, both the intensity and the duration of the vibration (2 seconds) will remain the same, regardless of the tip amount.

Unfortunately, this change was unexpected and out of our control. However, we are actively looking into other ways of improving the interactive experience and will keep you posted! We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and patience.
